Gabriela Leone has an experience of more than 20 years in Human Resources Management. As HR Director of McDonald’s Switzerland, she has introduced a national HR strategy thanks to which McDonald’s and its Franchisee Partner have joined the circle of the « Great Place To Work » companies, based on employee evaluations. McDonald’s also is one of the few international organizations that did not only implement diverse apprenticeships, but was co-initiator for a new apprenticeship, the specialist in system gastronomy.

 

As member of the Board, she has developed global strategic competences, which enable her today to be active in management consulting so as in people and organizational development.

 

Gabriela Leone has spent her first 20 years between Switzerland, Germany and France and had the recurring opportunity to experience what leaving the comfort zone means. She gained there her multilingualism, her extensive human experiences and her fundamental openness to new things and new perspectives.
